The Raspberry Sparkler

Ingredients
- 50ml Edinburgh Raspberry Gin
- 25ml Simple Syrup
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 25ml Raspberry Puree
- Soda
- Raspberries

Method
- Add the Raspberry Gin, Simple Syrup, Lemon Juice and Raspberry puree into a glass and stir.
- Add a handful of ice and top up with soda.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries
