Strawberry Wine Spritzer

Ingredients
- 180ml Cairn O'Mohr Strawberry Wine
- 3-4 Strawberries
- Juice from 1/2 Lemon
- Fresh Mint and/or Thyme
- 80ml Club Soda

Method
- Add the wine, strawberries, lemon juice & herbs to a cocktail pitcher or glass
- Muddle together
- Strain some of the large strawberry pieces and herbs out if the liquid and pour into a wine glass with ice
- Top with sparkling water or club soda
- Enjoy
