Ingredients
- 50ml Aelder Liqueur
- 50ml Peated Whisky
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg White (optional)
Method
- Add the Aelder Liqueur, Peated Whisky, Lemon Juice & Egg white to a cocktail shaker
- Shake until frothy
- Add ice and shake again
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
