Highland Tears 75 - Crofters Tears Gin

- 50ml Crofters Tears Gin
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- Champagne or Dry Prosecco
- Blueberries

- Put everything apart from the champagne and blueberries into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake well
- Strain into a champagne flute and top with chilled champagne
- stir gently and add a twist of lemon & basil leaf
- add a couple of squashed blueberries
