Kintyre Tea Party

Ingredients
- 25ml Kintyre Botanical Gin
- 35ml Limoncello
- 50ml Cloudy Apple Juice
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Apple & Chamomile Syrup
- Egg White

Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add gin, apple juice, lemon juice, syrup, limoncello and egg white (optional).
- Shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds, until foamy.
- Strain into a glass and garnish
