Sherry Basin

Ingredients
- 50ml Dark Matter Spiced Rum
- 15ml Pale Cream Sherry
- 2 - 4 dashes Bitters Truth Creole Bitters
- Dehydrated Orange Wheel To Garnish

Method
- Stir the spiced rum, sherry and bitters down over ice.
- Strain into an ice-filled rocks or Old Fashioned glass.
- Garnish with the dehydrated orange wheel.
